Video of the "U.S. National Security Policy in Transition" panel discussion is now available

This discussion featured Profs. Andy Knight (University of Alberta), Laura Macdonald (Carleton University), Ivelaw Lloyd Griffith, (Caribbean Policy Consortium) and the Hon. Bob Rae, (Canada's former UN Ambassador).
