On July 11th the Institute held a Policy Panel Discussion to discuss the recently agreed Canada-CARICOM Strategic Partnership. The panelists were Prof. Andy Knight (University of Alberta), Sylvie Bédard (Global Affairs Canada) and Elizabeth Solomon (CARICOM Secretariat).
