The Canada-Caribbean Institute, at the direction of its members, will serve as a clearinghouse for research, academic partnerships, and development projects for researchers and academics from Canada and the Caribbean. By aligning the Institute’s initiatives with the UN Global Goals of ending poverty, climate action, good health and well-being, reducing inequalities, quality education, industry, innovation, and economic growth, the Institute will benefit from a transdisciplinary and multi-national approach to addressing important challenges facing the region and the world.
