We held a Policy Panel discussion featuring Prof. Laura Macdonald (Carleton University), Prof. Ivelaw Lloyd Griffith (Caribbean Policy Consortium), Prof. Andy Knight (University of Alberta) and the Hon. Bob Rae (former Canadian Ambassador to the U.N.) The discussion focussed on the implications of US National Security Strategy for the Caribbean and beyond.
