The Caribbean Development Bank‘s Basic Needs Trust Fund and partners Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) and
@High Commission of Canada in Jamaica are launching a new FREE online course on Grant Proposal Writing in the Caribbean Context!

Designed for civil society organisations, community groups and government practitioners, the course walks participants through the grant life cycle, helping them move from an idea to a funder-ready proposal.

Participants will learn how to:

✔️ Generate clear project ideas
✔️ Identify suitable funding opportunities
✔️ Develop strong, structured proposals
✔️ Submit proposals effectively to funders

The course features Caribbean voices and examples, with practical tools to help participants design proposals that respond to real community needs.
Delivered through the CDB and CDEMA eLearning platforms, the programme includes interactive modules, case examples and step-by-step guidance.
