The CARICOM Heads of Government Meeting recently wrapped up in St. Lucia and the Communique has been released.
As usual, the meeting covered a wide range of issues ranging from important governance issues (reappointment of the Secretary General); support for a candidate for the UN Secretary General position; updates on CARICOM memberships; Haiti; reparations; border issues and other questions.
