The University of Trinidad and Tobago (UTT) signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Red Deer Polytechnic (RDP) of Alberta, Canada and the NESC Technical Institute (NTI) on Monday March 20, 2023. This multifaceted agreement will facilitate collaboration among the three institutions for the training, development and certification of persons not only from Trinidad and Tobago, but also from the wider Caribbean.
As a result of this MoU, Technical and Vocational Educational Training (TVET) will be promoted and enhanced, with numerous opportunities for staff, student and cultural exchange.
